It doesn't have such a fitting with dedicated name skin guard. But since its teeth are small, it is good and safe for close tripping even at sensitive areas. Especially for shaping the hair lines, it is nice.

Yes it does , I think the kind depends on the region the one I ordered came with a European ( Asian ) style plug . If you are asking about the actual port for the device it used its own specific to philips
