CoQ10 has been in my supplementation regimen for quite some time now. It was prescribed to me by a neurologist to treat and prevent migraines after I had a complex migraine that put me in the hospital. That kind of migraine has symptoms that mimic a stroke and it's very scary. You can see why I have made CoQ10 a permanent fixture.Most bottles of CoQ10 come in 100mg soft gels that are small and easy to swallow. Something unique to me about this bottle from Viva is that each soft gel is 400mg! That means I only need to take 1 a day! So as you compare prices, don't forget to factor in that this could last you 2 whole months since you only need 1 per day, whereas other bottles may only last you a month or less once you take several per day.I can see how this could be both a pro and a con for some. Primarily because 4x the amount means a larger soft gel. The size reminds me of fish oil, only the color is totally different and they are a little thinner. Rather than being yellow and a bit see-through, these look black! Crazy! So if you absolutely cannot swallow larger soft gels, then you may want to back down to the 100mg  Viva Labs High Absorption CoQ10 with BioPerine®, 100mg, 150 Softgels  and take several a day, if needed. However, if you hate having to swallow so many pills, you might be excited to see this bottle and happy to consolidate your vitamin case!Packaging: Bottle is sealed externally with plastic. When you open the lid there is another seal for protection.I received a bottle for free to test and review, but I also purchased a second bottle.

I trust Viva Labs because their fish oil rated so highly at LabDoor's independent testing website. Many of the other brands of fish oil had various degrees of oxidation (not so good for an anti-oxidant!), and Viva was one of the less expensive but top quality brands that they recommended. Because of that, I also try to buy their brand when I need other vitamins. By the way, on a tangent, LabDoor is a GREAT website if you want to see how hundreds of vitamin companies compare in terms of quality and accuracy. Labdoor will test each vitamin - say, Vitamin C - and analyze the vitamin C tablets from a bunch of vitamin companies to see which ones had more vitamin C than they say on the label, which had less, and a bunch of other measures of quality. I think they make their money through affiliate links but I can't remember. Anyway, it's a great service they're providing and may be worth checking out to help you pick out your vitamins, including multi-vitamins and many, many others.

I casually ran into this CoQ10 and decided to read up on it. What caught my eye is the production of energy at the cellular level. After doing some research I decided to give it a try and was amazed by the results. I'm 44 and have felt the affects of my energy levels not being as I was in my 20's. I would come home from work tired and not having the energy to handle my 2 little ones. After taking these pills, I've noticed a difference in my energy level. Don't get me wrong, its not an energy booster but I don't come home from work and feel sluggish anymore. Now I come home and able to handle the remaining tasks of the night. I highly recommend this product. Granted, our bodies are all different and I can only share my experience. If you are in the same situation as me, it is definitely worth trying this Product.

I did not realize until after receiving my order for Viva Naturals CoQ10 400mg that it contains Sorbitol. That is entirely my fault, because a complete ingredient list is posted on the Amazon website for this product and I should have paid more attention before making my purchase. Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol. Most sorbitol is made from corn syrup, but it is also found in fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, and prunes. Sorbitol is a sugar substitute, but it also has many other uses including being used as a laxative. I have irritable bowel syndrome, so as soon as I realized these capsules contained Sorbitol I chose not to use them. I am actually baffled as to why sorbitol would be used in a capsule that is swallowed whole and therefore would not need to contain any form of sweetener. There are many positive reviews for this product and it seems to have helped many people. So I am disappointed that I was unable to try it because of the sorbitol.

Being "over 40" and a bit more fatigued than in my younger days, I was willing to just pass it off as getting older and not recovering as fast as I used to. CoQ10 was recommended by my HCP to maintain cardiovascular health. Boy was I glad I took that advice. It also boosts my energy level and I recover from exercise and working more like my younger self. Thanks Viva for making a good product available and affordable.

In my opinion this is the best CoQ10 on the market. I have tried numerous other brands over the past 10 years and Viva CoQ10 is without a doubt the best. Does not upset your stomach and the absorption seems to be great.

This product works that's why I purchased 3 of them to my parents and uncle and his wife. Very satisfied. Down side - costly for my pocket considering the fact salary ones a month, my mother in law came to visit us and I will get one for her too once I have that chance. And will keep getting it for my parents as well. I do recommend this product.

I take a statin for cholesterol. I was getting the worst muscle cramps because of it. I asked my pharmacist what he recommended and he said CoQ10. I've used other brands, but for me, nothing works as Viva 400mg does. I don't want to live without it.
