I like the turn latch rather than buckels with quick releases ( easier/faster. Someone mentioned loosing some of the chrome pieces so I used epoxy on the back clamps just to secure them better. Don't want to loose mine. It's kinda small in size but there are choices on that. They look sleeker than my old baggy Studded ones, which I think I like. After mounted they look a bit like viking removable bags. Got mine at killer price from Amazon warehouse.

The product itself is fine if planning to carry a few items. They fit perfectly on my vstar 650 custom which is what I was originally concerned about. The shape of the bags make it hard to store the items I will need to carry daily. I’ll be looking for slightly larger and unslanted.

Ok, so I have to start by saying I purchased this through the second chance program. While considering the purchase the bags were listed as "acceptable" condition by Amazon. I thought "For 27 bucks how wrong can I go?" So, I put them in my cart and two days later I got them. I am very pleased. They seem to be decent quality. I do not see any flaws whatsoever. The bags are not badged, as someone else also pointed out. The lids are velcro and latched. On one side I covered up the velcro, with velcro so that only the latches work. This allows quick access and also allows me to keep the velcro in place should I want a tighter seal. I would not have bought these for 140 bucks, but for the second chance price I feel like I got a steal. Amazon second chance program comes through again!

I removed them from the shipping box and Velcro on the sides didn’t give when I tried to open the bag, but the stitching did. Pulled apart with barely any force on minute one of having these. These bags are replacing my first set of cheap bags that lasted 5 years and were half the price of these. I can’t inagine these bags outdoors on a bike. Utter garbage. And for cheap bags they’re in the high end price of all the cheap bags.

Shipping was fast product was ok for the price some stitching need to be fixed it is a lower class bag but for the price it works would I recommend it yes and no

Haven’t had these bags on the bike long. Maybe 6 or 7 times opening them and have a small tear by the Velcro. Don’t think these are built to last

Very good looking and well made. As others have said velcro ends slow opening. Im adding some velcro strips i have to stick to the bag ones rendering them not sticky(smooth side out) can remove if u want weather proofing on a ride. The d rings and strings are useless on my bike so i drilled a couple holes in side and bottom and used tie wraps to secure to my bag supports. Rigid now. They zippers for fast removal so i would need to cut ties. no biggie not planning on that anyway. nicer than my buckle closure ones. pain in the azz.Would def recommend

They seem well built, the velcro is super tight and sturdy. They would keep rain out I think. Unless you are riding through puddles. I'd say they are well worth the price. I haven't I stalled them on bike yet but I can see it working out just fine.

got them on but snap on side broke off on first ride cant return so im out of luck

They seem to be good quality and sturdy. I’d buy them again. They fit my shadow well. You can see Velcro visible on the side pocket in my picture, but I just hadn’t closed the flap when I took the picture

The item is described as compatible with a Honda Rebel, but it's not! I have tried everything over the past 2 months to make these bags secure and there is no way. They are too large and do not have adequate tie down points to provide security. Without that secure connection there is significant safety risk to the rider and the potential to lose the bags altogether.Now to add insult to an already frustrating situation I learn I can't return them. What a waste of money and frustration on my time.Don't buy these bags....You will be sorry!
