Great and lightweight
Great - lightweight - it holds a key , iPhone and AirPod case - not much else but perfect for shorter runs . Adjustable Velcro is great too

Great for Short Runs, Secure & Comfortable!
I bought this Running Belt for my short 5-10 km runs, primarily to store my watch and keys. It works great! One of my main concerns with running belts is rubbing or bouncing, but this one is fantastic – it doesn't rub at all, fits tight with no bounce, and is incredibly easy to adjust to get that perfect, secure fit. Phone can be tricky to get in and out during run (might be the silicon case on my phone) I've already used it around 10 times this month, and so far, so good. It holds everything securely without any discomfort. I haven't tried to wash it yet, but I am hopeful it will hold up well.

Pocket a little small
The pocket for phone is quite tight it did fit my phone, although a hassle to take out, when on a run not ideal. It did however fit my waste which was good.

Really good solution for storage whilst running
I found this running belt really comfortable whilst running. I was able to store my phone (Samsung A55) in the central pocket and two gels in the outer pockets. I wore mine towards the back, it would be personal preference to how it's worn. I used to use one of the arm straps, which were not as comfortable as this.
