It's a steel tube...
Not much to say. It's a steel tube. I'm using it to raise the yarn guide on my Circular Sock Knitting Machine. It does the trick nicely.

Just what I needed to repair a recliner
Not much to say, its steel, its square tube, its the advertised size. My daughter's big dog still thinks he's a puppy and tried to jump into my wife's lap while the recliner was reclined. His giant self landed right on the corner of the foot rest and managed to break the square tube that lest the recliner motor raise the footrest. So ordered this tube, drilled a few holes, and an hour later saved myself $1000 not having to buy a new recliner.

Saved me lots of time.
Good price, very fast shipping. I got this metal tube faster than if I waited for the weekend to browse the home center or rummage the scrap yard. The rectangular tube I purchased was as described on this page: 0.625 x 0.065 x 12 inches. The tube may have pieces of trim or shavings inside. Be careful. The item was shipped in a thick cardboard tube that weighs as much as the metal. It's nice and sturdy to be used for an outdoor lamp extension.

Tricep press down Bar
Makes the best tricep press down bar. I cut it down to 14" long, and I had a buddy weld on a 5/16" Lifting Eye. Painted it up. Works great!
