If you've been browsing Amazon looking for a basic set of bike tools and trying to the avoid the ripoff of buying Park Tool products, you've found what you're looking for! I was definitely a little skeptical to buy this set seeing it only had one review, like I'm sure many of you are as well, but this is one of the better options you'll find out there. These are many of the essential tools you'll need to start properly maintaining your bike from home and after looking around for a day, it seems to be the best value as well! As soon as you open the metal clasps on the fairly standard carrying case, the tools look extremely well made and they feel even better in hand. I can't yet speak for the longevity of the tools but I'm not really worried as they all seem very well made. Either way, considering that you get twice as much equipment as a Park Tool bass line tool kit (which mostly contains tools you already have) for the same amount or less money definitely makes it worth it to me! (A Park Tool kit containing roughly these same tools can cost upwards of $250!! and after seeing these, I doubt PK's quality is much better) I also found a few other good deals from Bike Hand but as I said, this seems to have the best grouping of important tools that may be lacking in other tool kits such as a master link tool or torx wrenches.Bottom line, I recommend you go for it! And if it doesn't work out, well, you're still spending less than 1/3 of the price of a big brand tool kit!

Awesome kit. Has all the tools I need and at a great price. In this case, my use is so infrequent that a name brand product was not necessary. However, the quality of the tools is the same as the name brands I have purchased in the past.

The toolkit was a great for my uses. I use it often.

This is a nice set to have but two of the tools had parts that broke. the chain rivet extractor has a little holder that looks like a U. The U part broke easily so it's hard or impossible to push the pin back in. The Master link tool has one tip that broke too easily. So some of the tools are perfect to have but the cast aluminum the other parts are made of are cheap and will break. but those look to be the only two tools that will happen to. The crank puller will not fit a square taper crank . Bought the Park Tool Crank puller and probably will have to replace the other two with Park as well.

Almost everything in the kit works as expected with the exception of the crank puller. The inside piece broke off and got lodged in my bottom bracket during the first use. This kit is great for everything except that piece.

two different pieces broke the chain puller and the link tool, poor quality. No response from seller although I have owned for more than a year

I've had this kit for Probably 3 years now and it's a great kit! It's got the right tools for most jobs. The tools feel surprisingly well made.
