This double pack of SUNDAY ROSE sports and exercise shorts are very good for the current price of £24.99 for two. I have easily paid this much just for one pair of well known branded shorts. I am obviously reviewing these for free, but keeping in mind the price, I think the quality is very good. They are a little longer than I would normally wear for running (I prefer 5" shorts for running), but for indoor fitness activities such as strength training, HITT and indoor rowing, I find these shorts perfectly acceptable. For a start, they are a little more relaxed in fit than I would normally wear (I usually purchase 34" shorts, but needed to use the drawstring slightly on these SUNDAY ROSE shorts).The shorts come with two side mesh pockets and a rear small zipped pocket. The elastic band would have been adequate for me alone (but only just, due to the more relaxed fit), and the waist was comfortable (some similar shorts often have the waistband that digs in a little too much, but not so with these). The shorts are lined with a modesty inner mesh lining for those who don't wear underpants to reduce chaffing when working out. There is a useful reflective detail on the outside of the pants which would be good if you intend to use these for nighttime running.The wicking properties are excellent for this price range. I have used both pairs now, once for a 5k indoor row, and one for 30 minutes of strength training both on very hot days, and I did sweat significantly, but the shorts wicked perfectly, and kept the middle of my body dry. The shorts wash well and dried in a matter of minutes on the washing line.So for the price, and quality, I really can't fault these, and I can therefore highly recommend them to you.

This twin-pack of lightweight shorts are a decent budget-priced option for anyone looking to bolster their shorts collection and aren’t too concerned with brand kudos, or image. The fit is quite relaxed and the length of the short is a little bit longer than I’d like as the leg sits just above the knee, so if you’re doing running you’ll likely find this too annoying, and if you’re doing leg workouts you might find too much of your quads and hamstrings obscured by the short material so you can’t observe your muscle flexion and tension. But as a general-purpose workout short they are decent enough.The fabric is lightweight and quite soft-touch, and the little pocket in the back of the hem is handy for those who don’t do gym routines that require lying back or floorwork (as anything you put in there would end up digging in your back). The stitching quality is pretty reasonable. They are mesh-lined so that’s good for keeping everything relatively contained and supported. The bright drawstrings are a nice contrast although they terminate on the inside of the waistband so the knot would press directly onto the skin if you’re doing any face-down floor-work. The waistband itself is rouched which is fine for general use, but may leave temporary marks as it is not smooth.For a price of c. £24 (at time of review) that seems like OK value for money.

I wear shorts a lot, not necessarily for exercise but particularly for long walks and hikes. So I thought I would try these out for my long walks to see if they would be more comfortable than the normal thick fabric of jogging shorts: - The shorts came nicely folded in a plain plastic packet. Each pair of shorts had a tag on with company information and some good information on how to care for the shorts. - The shorts are incredibly lightweight and have a mesh inside, a bit like swimming shorts (or baggies as my Fiancée calls them which is way better) but they are not baggies so don't go swimming with them on... - The pockets are a decent size and can hold a few little bits like a phone, earpods case and keys and/or wallet. - They are far less sweaty than any other shorts I have ever worn! And very comfortable to wear too! The mesh certainly helps to stop Betty Swollocks from making an appearance! - The material feels of a decent quality and washes easily in a washing machine. - They seem very durable and I have done a few walks with them on too. - They fit as expected which is good!I would recommend these actually! They are decent and work very well, and are incredibly comfortable!
