I’ve been using Sports Research Grass-Fed Collagen for a long time, and it’s excellent quality. Unflavored, mixes easily, dissolves well, and is grass-fed, Non-GMO, Paleo Friendly, and Gluten-Free. I’ve noticed better joint comfort, skin, and overall wellness. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged my package, which was disappointing. Still, I highly recommend this collagen for its quality and effectiveness.

Dissolve completely in warm water. It is good with coffee but slightly changes the taste hence I prefer to have it with warm water. As to the results, I believe it is still early to tell..
