can you get clothes for the chelsea doll?

Yes. The skirt comes off but her blue tights are painted on. We have dressed her in other Chelsea clothes.

Can the doll hair be combed?

Yes, she has hair just like any Barbie doll.

Chelsea id Barbie's youngest sister. I would say she's around 6 ywars old? So the doll itself us going to be small, not like an adult Barbie. She's a few inches I'd say. I will receive mine in a few days and update my answer once I measure her, but again...she is a child Barbie, not an adult Barbie.
