I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. I was able to put this together myself and the instructions were super easy! This is sturdy, beautiful and a great addition to my coffee bar. Now my husband can’t complain that I have too many coffee cups in the cabinet! Bonus!

I looked at multiple before I decided on this one. I’m very happy I did choose this one because it was very good priced as well as very sturdy and nice looking. Thank you :)

This may have been the simplest product I've ever assembled. Instructions were easy to follow, and all the pre-drilled holes were exactly where they should be. All screws were in small bags and were marked. Rack is very sturdy and looks great. Only suggestion I would make with the majority of mug racks is that design needs the hooks farther apart. Mugs these days are large.

Love the shelf, but honestly, these have a much smaller "footprint" if you will, than I expected. They still fit 12 good sized mugs. I love that the top rack is spaced wider apart from the lower racks, which allows you to put bigger mugs on the rack. So far, I'm purchased 4 of these (I have a problem :D).

Was looking for something to showcase a few of my mugs. This was perfect and exactly what I envisioned. I do recommend to install in the studs of your home. I have expensive rare mugs and was worried about weight. I chose not to hang on all hooks to avoid a cluttered look. My kitchen is Mickey/Minnie themed so I managed to use a few small things for the top.

Honestly I get so nervous about this stuff from Amazon because I’m not trying to break my Starbucks mugs, but it was a quick put together and install and it’s been hanging up for months now! 10/10

I am a quirky-mug enthusiast. AND a teacher. So I receive many coffee mugs as gifts. My mug collection exasperates my husband to no end. Two years ago, he bought me this rack to store and display my favorite mugs. It has served me so dutifully, I am about to purchase another, as I've accumulated several more mugs since then. It's cute and rustic. It was obviously designed for "regular sized" mugs (think 12 ounce and less) so big mugs don't quite hang the best. But it works. And it looks nice. And the shelf on top is hand.

No big issues with this little unit. Only issue is that the hooks to hang the cups are already attached and are a little too close together so have to be careful what cups get hung on there otherwise they don't fit. Love the little shelf on the top. Would recommend.

Once we received the package, which had no delivery notification, my fiancé went to go assemble it and immediately the wood split right at a screw point. I put in a refund request with the seller, contacted them twice. Request was granted but heard absolutely nothing from the seller regarding our refund. We sent the package back on Feb 20th and still nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  I liked it thats why I went out of my way and took it to work today in my day off to counter sink the 12 screws that are showing on the pic I only recognized when I was putting it together that they woldnt be sunk on and I orderd at home Hardware the black caps to cover the holes for countersink but the ***off was when the assembly and missing 6or7 pieces....9
