Easy install
Clutch cover went on easy and works like a charm. I was disappointed that it wasn’t the orange color, since it is an OEM part. But, it’s function is the most important!

Good fit and functional, but beware
I've had my 455 Rancher 20years and I've cut 300+ trees as a homeowner. This is the first time I've had to replace clutch cover/chain brake. This part fits perfectly, looks kinda cool (now grey), and the chain brake works just like new again--but the chain tensioner does not work like before. It does not have the original tensioning system for the chain. I've had it for 1 day of cutting and I was constantly having to re-tighten the chain. The OEM part cost 2x and was out of stock but this part got me going again so I could get a tree down before a storm. I might replace it if I can find the OEM part at a decent price. You get what you pay for. UPDATE 1 month later - I spent day cutting up logs and trimming stumps and was constantly re-tightening chain. One time it got so loose unexpectedly quickly, my chain came off and ruined it. Truly annoying. Bottom line - it works in a pinch / emergencies / occasional tree work, but you bought Husqvarna for a high quality saw and value quality + reliable tools--this ain't it. Keeping at 3 stars, but beware!
