It is unflavored and so you can add to salads or coffee without changing the original taste. the mct was suppose to be unflavored. with few sips, my coffee had a bad taste and i immediately throw the newly bought mct bottle fearing i might get sick than get health benefits from it. i just wasted my money with this one.
