Good use
Bought in December of 2023. Just died yesterday. So, that is 20 months of good use. Not bad for the price. May buy another one.

Disappointed
This item broke after just the second use, which was very disappointing. I had purchased a warranty and immediately requested a replacement, but it was never delivered. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me — whenever I request a replacement, it either never arrives or takes months. Amazon really needs to improve their replacement process. It’s frustrating to pay for a warranty and not receive the support promised.
