Amazon rejected my last review, probably because they couldn't believe how awesome these really are, and thought I was fibbing. WELL I'M NOT!!! I am on my fourth bottle of these now, and let me tell you, they have done me wonders. I have read other reviews and thought "there is no way this is that good", and finally took the plunge several months ago, and I'm not going back. These have done wonders for my mental health and mental clarity. I've suffered through depression and brain fog for years, and while I won't lie and tell you these cured them completely, it makes these swings significantly less severe, and brain fog is short lived and I recover quickly. These have kept me sharp as can be, so much so, that it has been commented on by my coworkers and bosses. I recently took a significant promotion at work, and I would contribute the mental stamina it took to get it to this supplement. To be clear, I have taken various supplements over the years, and have found several to not do anything for me, so I feel that I'm self aware enough to know when I am experiencing a placebo effect, and I genuinely do not feel this is what I'm experiencing with this supplement. This is genuine. I don't expect that these to work for everyone, but they certainly work for me, and I would recommend them. UPDATE: I just ordered my 10th bottle of these. I recently had a medical procedure done where I had to stop taking everything for two weeks, including these. Due to the nature of the procedure, I was fairly sedated for two weeks after, so I ended up not taking these for about a month out of complacency. Once I was back to normal life again, my brain fog came back and really threw me off. It wasn't any more extreme than what I'd dealt with before, but it was a real eye opener as to how effective this supplement has been for me, particularly at my high-stress work environment that is very cerebral. It really is a super supplement, and it's almost unbelieveable how well they work to elevate mood, allow me to think faster, and keep my emotional state stable. Works as expected

I get this delivered every couple of months as it has an undeniable calming effect. I have recommended them to 2 friends who both agree they work. My children also take them during high stress periods like exams and when they are feeling down and notably feel calmer. Very effective. Best taken for a week or more to really start to notice a difference but can have almost immediate effect also. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night during stressful periods for best effect. I feel they are good value for money. For me this is a must have in the cabinet. They are in a capsule and I do not notice an after taste.
