I am just starting my fermentation journey. This is an excellent book and i cannot wait to start trying out the wide expanse of recipe. This is a must have for anyone want to ferment food.

Kind slow for read! only good for decoration on your kitchen
uhmmm, I was very excited about this book but once I get it, it took me a lot for be interesting, really slow for reading and most of the time you will lost the interest, it is a option for plan "C" or maybe plan "D" but will be better options on the market, the content it is not that good, and like I said easily you get lost and loose any kind of interest !have great material, good printing quality, and amazing picture but content really poor !I will not recommend it other for decorations on your kitchen !

It has a fermented sourdough starter recipe!!
I’m so excited to find this book! I do wish that it had more fermented recipes than the add in of regular recipes. All in all I’m happy cause it has fermented sourdough recipes!!!
