Cinderella's box did not arrive in good condition; however, when I opened it up to inspect the figurine, she was just fine. No chips to Cinderella, the small pieces were intact and looked lovely outside of the box. This is a great gift for kids to pass on to their kids when they are older.

The packing of the item.
This was a Precious Moments Figurine. It was packed in its original box, which is as it should be, BUT it was not packed in another box to protect it from breaking. The shipping label was on the outside of the decorative gift box which I am giving to my Great granddaughter for her birthday. Packing is the problem, not the figurine.
