Nice rod and reel for the price.Performed as expected and even got a fish on the first trip with the rod and one of the lures. A nice trout.Anyway. On the second fishing trip the following trip, the tip came off.Not too terrible, nothing some glue couldn’t fix but makes me wonder how long the other parts will last.The reel runs surprisingly smooth on my set.I will take it apart and grease it with krytox.To keep it running this wayThe line supplied is nothing to write home about but that’s to expect for this price point.All in not a bad investment for a “every once in a while” fisher(wo)men”.Nice and small to carry around.The bag is too small to get the rod in without fumbling around. It will fit but is tight.Or I do something wrong.We have the 2.4 meter version

There’s a design flaw with the reel where the line can easily get trapped behind the reel. Also the loops on the rod comes off easily and needs to be reinserted. Looks like it wasn’t glued on with the proper type of glue. We spent more time untangling the lines than enjoying fishing. Terrible.
