I used these as plant umbrellas for plants that need shade (until I can relocate them). I anchored them in the ground with pvc tees. They looked great and survived storms and strong winds. Never faded.

I didn't know until minutes after buying this that it was only 22" and not a normal sized parasol. This turned out to be an asset, as this All Hallows Eve I am going to be a geisha(something I had wanted to do for about 10 yrs and just had no idea where to find the right outfit). I am going to a dinner party and the tiny umbrella will be easy to place near me w/o getting in the way of anyone, and the small size makes it more maneuverable to use w/my costume. I thought it would be a paper umbrella; but it is made of a sturdy silken material and real bamboo handle.The folding mechanism is made of plastic and tied w/red string and hand painted on the top. It's really lovely and a lot of work went into this hand made umbrella. I can't believe it is only $6! Definitely worth the money and not junk at all. I know this will be great for Halloween, and if treated gently, will last a while. Note: be careful opening the umbrella. Use your hands to gently open the fabric folds outward like a flower almost, then push up on the folding mechanism gently, it is stiff enough to hold the umbrella open, but you will not hear or feel a click or anything to let you know it is fully open. Think very old school umbrella(like 100 years ago). Just gently open it until you see the parasol open completely and stop. Don't force it.

I like the design, just not how small it is

I liked everything about it! It's quite small, but did the trick to keep off the sun and a teensy bit of rain. Better? It packed well and looked great to celebrate a friend during a 2nd Line in New Orleans. Loved everything about it!You don't even need to look hard, the little red umbrella is easy to pick out!

Love the design and color, thought it was adult size! Price was appropriate!

I’ll be honest I bought this in my pants lol I have a spot where I just can’t avoid sunlight and my plants were being burnt so I bought this umbrella candy stuck the handle in a plastic bag so it wouldn’t get ruined by the moisture in the dirt. It works great and holds up really well. Of course I take it down when it rains so it doesn’t get ruined, but it has gotten rained on and it still excellent!

This product came glued together. You can actually see the yellow glue around the rim. It’s wrinkled and to even open up the umbrella you have to rip it because it’s GLUED!!!!!!!!!!Returning it asap

This is very small. I bought to stick in potted flowers that we’re getting too much sun. It’s vinyl so water rolls off. It has really helped and looks cute too.
