Laura, All of our sets come with a anchoring system. The anchoring system contains the ground anchors and the hardware to attach them to the set.

What is the stuff that you put underneath the swing called and where to find them

There are several options that you can use under the swing set. Wood chips, double shredded bark mulch, sand, shredded tires and fine gravel. You will need to check with your local home maintenance store for where to locate these in your area.
