I ordered the first time and was very happy with what I received. Then I reordered again - used the ‘buy it again’ feature to get the same thing, but what was delivered was a different product, thinner, shorter, different design and less quality.

Excellent seller!! I should have gotten these much sooner. Great product. Fits great and finally relieves that dreadful pain behind the ear from mask strap. Thank you for great product and quick delivery! A must have item for face mask wearing!

Pros- Delivered in time- Easy to use- My kid(8 year old can use it with surgical mask and using the last (3rd) socket to tighten the mask.- adult can use it with 1st socket- Pain relief now for ears- Great if you are wearing masks for 4 hour+Cons- Plastic material with okay kind of quality- May fall down if mask is not attached properly in socket given.-

For effective use, these extenders need to clip above your ear to relieve the pressure from your ear. However, these extenders fall towards the back of your neck, thereby making it a futile accessory.

Nice. Very useful particularly when you have to wear mask continuously for long hours. Solves the problem of getting irritation around the ears. Very comfortable and easy to use.

The Extender did help ease ear pain if you put both of mask strap underneath your ear, however, problem occurs when you move mouth, e.g. talking, the mask will slide down even if you have put on the tightest hook.Overall, low price, somehow helpful.

Wrong product description. The displayed product is different than what was shipped, although it is made of rubber, but what received is bulkier and does not have the anti-slip grains on the back
