I made a nice necklace and 2 bracelets for 3 of my family and friends. Within two days of my giving it two them, one for one they were calling me saying I thought you said that those blue beads were rocks because the blue came off on my chest or wrist depending upon if they had the necklace or bracelet. This is ridiculous. Now if I want a refund I have to take the few remaining bead drive to the nearest place that takes returns and see if they will even take it. Now that is nonsense. What happened to customer service?Gone I guess from both the person who sold it, have no idea who they area, and Amazon they are not providing it.

Very disappointed! I thought there were more beads than this. Not worth the money

I run a small jewelry business and usually purchase my beads on etsy. However, I was scrolling through amazon and came across these and wanted to check them out. They were only 7 bucks and if I didn't like them I could return them. I am very pleased with these beads. They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The colors are gorgeous and so unique. I would definitely recommend.

They are not lilac or any other shade of purple, they are a cream color and very flat looking, I know they're natural, but these look like white gravel, like they use in driveways. I even got them wet, because gems and any kind of stone will appear as if they've been polished, but no, just looked like ordinary driveway gravel, complete with the white dusty look. The only thing I can do with these are to dye them.

I am very dissatisfied with this product. It is nothing like the size or pic that was shown. I will not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed, annoyed due to waiting on supplies for my business.

Yes, the beads are natural, but description doesn't say they are dyed. This means the beads were immersed to a dye for color improvement. It is clear that beads were dyed because a concentration of darker color lines and dots are not even or flow. If this process was not right, beads might "bleed". This is probable the case with some customers. Personally, I don't like dyed natural beads because they looks fake. In addition, such quality of beads is overpriced.

They were a mix of grey and lavender which for what I’m doing with them it’s fine. I didn’t get as many as it said I would which would bother me if I needed that exact number. But since I don’t it’s good. I would buy again.The quality feels good too. I like that. They are not perfectly smooth which works for what I am doing. I need the imperfections. If you want smooth beads these are not for you.
