These leaders have the same characteristics of our Western Style leaders. This Leader is 11.5 feet long. Because our leaders transfer so much more energy than our competitors, you can use longer tippet. These leaders will cast your flies and deliver them with an amazingly gentle presentation. All Leaders come with a 2mm Tippet ring which makes adding tippet easy. Leader Floatant should be applied to length of leader that will touch water. If you want to sink the leader tip, simply do not apply floatant. Cutthroat Otter Butter Floatant is highly recommended.

Works well
This worked very well with a 13 foot rod. I lost it but that was entirely my fault (lousy knot). I added enough tippet to wind up with a total line of 22 feet and could have gone longer if necessary.

Amazing tenkara line!!!!!
I bought this last year on the 27th of December and I was suprised to see how well it could turn over my flies on my tenkara rod and the brown and green color helps with the skiddish fish. I am looking forward to buying another one in the indicator tipped furled leader
