Looks original but challenging to replace.
This fit my 2010 VW Jetta key fob. It’s a little tricky to get apart. Recommend watching a YouTube how to. You will destroy your old key fob case. So this is a one way fix. The original key fob has a steel pin locking it together. It is not intended to be removed. This kit has all the parts and works well. The original key will need some filing to fit. Note: no instructions included.

Works great, replaced my daughters Jetta remote after the key broke off.
Works great! This comes with a blank key that you have to get cut. If you want to use your old key, one tool you will need and they don't give you is a very small pin or punch to push out the roll pin that holds the key into the holder. I used a small drill bit.

Key fob fits 2014 vw jetta
Bought to replace my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta was a bit skeptical that it would be as easy as they say but to my surprise it worked just as stated. Do look up the video and watch it a time or two.

Complete junk, blade gets stuck on case and doesn’t flip open, pins don’t come out. DO NOT BUY

Key itself doesn’t fit correctly
The motherboard of the old fob fits in no problem, the main issue is the metal key itself. You can’t simply transfer the old one to this new fob unfortunately, as the new fob has smaller parts so the old key is too big for the new fob. You’d have to go and get the clean slate printed.

Fixed my broke Fob. Had to grind the key a bit as explained online, but saved a bunch of money.

Exactly like the original
My old case got destroyed. This was pretty easy to swap over the key and internals. Seems to be great quality and the button presses feel just like the real deal.
