The product was delivered the very next day. It meets my expectations and I feel it has a calming effect leading to a relaxed state of being. I prefer consuming it at the end of the day. Boil a cup of water and add half spoon ashwagandha powder, black pepper and green tea leaves. I recommend this product.

There is a warning on the other side of the packet cover which says california proposition 65 warnings. It also states consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead which are known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Kindly explain why such a warning is mentioned if the product is certified organic.

very much diluted, not strong enough, you have to take so much for very little bit effect

Lasts a long time, we are still using this many months later as a supplement. Ive been putting it in my hot chocolate at night.

When I first ordered this item, I was a little in the dark about its effectiveness, but having read some literature on it, and on how to use it, I determined to try it, at least for a while and give it a chance to have a positive effect. It was suggested I use it as a tea mixing 1/2 - 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and to mix in 1 tsp of honey (believe me, it's necessary!). I've been at it about a week now, and I believe it is having the desired effect, but maybe it is a little too early to be sure. I don't regret buying it.
