The parts were individually bundled together with bubble wrap loosely in a long box. During shipment, they moved around inside the box and 3 of the 6 upper bumper clips broke off. 3 of the lower clips broke/bent. This may be an indication of the product quality. Also, all the clips(on the lower unit) did not snap into the oem bumper completely but the screws seem to be holding it in place.Comparing the new upper and lower insert pieces to the oem, these are much lighter in weight than the toyota oem and I had to be very careful about stripping the screws into new plastic when I screwed things together.Still the price difference seems to make these a decent deal for me at least. I am not sure how they will do in the long term.Generally, the parts fit into the replacement bumper and were clean and nice looking. I have a service request in for the broken part and will update my review accordingly.UPDATE: Customer service was excellent and very responsive. They replaced the broken parts and the new ones are good. I am updating my rating to 4*

Edges came cut a little off only one side is cut perfect and the other side is cut kinda wiggly for $200 I would’ve expected them to cut it without a single flaw but people run their business differently I wouldn’t of allowed my company to ship something like that if it’s not cut correctly but I’m still happy so I guess the purchase was okay fit perfect on my 2017 Corolla besides for the corner but I made it work
