It is so simple, just drop a few drops in anything. It doesn't change the taste. Has all the required electrolytes for a low carber as me. I add it to my daily water intake and any pre-post workout drinks. My muscle spasm and twitching is gone. Highly recommended.

I drink a liter or two of water with a teaspoon of elete and the juice of half a lemon every day. World class rehydration with all of the ions and minerals wrapped up in a great product. Easy peezy, no fuss, cheap and works like a charm.

I tried lots of dehydration products, but this one worked best! It kept me hydrated in Dubai’s extreme heat and I was able to keep playing even during the day when the sun is at its peak! I highly recommend it!

I love that this is the only electrolyte brand in the UAE without that artificial, overly sweet flavor. The ingredient composition is excellent. However, the packaging is a major letdown, it leaks constantly, making it impossible to carry in a bag. I’d give it 5 stars for the product, but the messy container makes it hard to recommend for people on the go.

This is the first time trying an electrolyte solution like this. Got it right in time before a 2 day hike in the scorching désert. It was amazing, I put just a little less than the recommended dosage in all my water bottles and bladder to test it and it doesn’t affect the taste of the water in any way, only gives it a barely noticeable thicker texture. I sweat a lot obviously hiking in a hot environment and consume a lot of water. This time my consumption was less and I felt way better and hydrated than regular water
