The watch is very attractive and the beautiful white hands on black dial are easy to read. I do wish more makers would use tritium so that night time viewing would be constant. I read that the movement will provide 2 second a day accuracy. That's plenty for a watch in this price range. I also like that the day is spelled out - think Rolex President. I did buy a nice stainless bracelet. The leather is nice and appears thick and tough, but a bracelet is handy, waterproof, and fits better on my small wrist. Time will tell if mine achieves that accuracy. So far, it appears very good.

In the ratings, it asked me to rate water resistance but I won’t be wearing this in the water so I picked 3/5 to be neutral because I don’t know.I love my Hamilton a lot, I always wear it on a leather nato and is just perfect. I prefer a 41-42mm watch but this watch probably gets the second most writ time.

Classy watch that is beautifully made and goes well with all attire. Holds very accurate time. Quality with a modest price tag.

I am in love with the looks and quality of this watch. I give it two thumbs up.

I'm a night shift nurse. This is a nearly perfect watch for me. Why? It has indices for seconds, minutes, and a 24hrs. Great for taking vitals, or converting to military time at a glance. At midnight the day doesn't creep over and become illegible it flicks to the next day so I can read it immediately at 12:01. The white numerals and decent lume on a black face are very legible in dim conditions. It's not too big. It has a sapphire crystal and can stand up to being a daily user. This was my dream watch for a long time and I finally bought one a few years ago.UNFORTUNATELY 1 MONTH AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED THE FACE DETACHED. It is going to cost me well over $200 to get it serviced and I will be without a watch for who knows how long. This went from a dream watch to one of the worst investments of my life.

Love the watch. BUT My son gave it to me 3 years ago as a retirement gift. It was the khaki automatic. I’m disappointed it quit keeping time over such a short time, just 3 years and had to send it away for service. In my world it is a pretty expensive gift and would not expected it to need service. Would a Rolex be a better choice?

Hamilton makes a fine product for the money. It pays to shop, though. A week after I purchased this watch, it was available for $20 less.
