Using these because I am on a GLP-1 for weight loss and I’m already on daily meds that make me extremely constipated. I was going at least one time every 3 days and then I was only going 1 time a week until I recently got these a few days ago and have taken 1 a day and I have had softer stool for 1 and less painful and going more often. If you are on a GLP one you need this for pain relief of passing stool, GLP-1 slows your digestion but this helps that aspect on the toilet. I’ve noticed I do have more energy since taking them, I don’t know all the benefits but it’s helping my belly not hurt and I’m pooping! 💩 that’s the best part is the effectiveness! Taste like most supplements that’s why I hold my nose and swallow!

This stuff works! I have always had tummy issues including gas and constipation. I eat a high protein diet, which also doesn't help. Since using the HUM flatter me I have been *going* regularly every morning for the past 3 weeks. I cannot recommend this product more.

I have not seen a difference in my gut health from taking this. It looks like a placebo. I take it every time I feel bloated but it has not helped my digestion. Not at all helpful. The pill has no taste but I would hope after finishing half a bottle I would feel better.

This product gave me some very unpleasant side effects! The first time I took these, I did not notice any difference, but the package said that it could take some time to work. I continued to take them before each meal. During the week I don't eat red meat at all, but on the weekends I may eat steak with my husband. I took the supplement before the high-protein steak dinner one night. I have not had so much stomach upset since I got Montezuma's revenge while vacationing one year. I know it was not the food since my husband suffered no ill effects at all. Being a research type of person, I decided not to take the supplement all week and then stupidly decided to take it again before the steak dinner. I wanted to know if the supplement caused the issues the week prior. This time the reaction was even worse. I spent the rest of the evening regretting my decision to try again. Needless to say, digestive enzymes are not for me! I spoke with my doctor and she informed me that digestive enzymes can hinder the bodies breakdown of fat and cause you to gain weight over time. While weight loss was not my goal, gaining weight certainly was not a goal! She told me digestive enzymes stop the large intestines from absorbing water thus helping some individuals not feel so bloated. Any weight loss is water loss, and temporary. I would not purchase it again and would caution others to be careful. My doctor told me that digestive enzymes can hinder the absorption of some medications, so taking enzymes that the body naturally produces is better left to individuals with diagnosed conditions requiring extra help.

I love this digestive enzyme because it has helped with a lot of the stomach issues that I have had my whole life. Definitely worth getting and trying if you have digestive issues.

This is the best digestive enzyme I've tried. It tastes a bit like black licorice which I'm not a fan of but the results speak for themselves and I will deal with the taste for the results. I've noticed significant decrease in bloating after I eat and overall I don't feel like a washed up beached whale waiting to explode the next day. I will admit, I like the taste of ice cream, cheese on my burger but even a bite or drink of anything dairy and my digestive tract is angry. I found these at target and decided why not try this product. I already felt like crud from from eating and it could possibly not help at all, but i was completely wrong. Such sweet relief when taken per the directions!

It truly prevents bloating, it works way better than other enzyme pills that I have tried. I just wish it was less expensive.
