Can this be used as everyday laptop bag ?

I have been using it as a laptop bag as I walk to my job and it has held up surprisingly well. However, there is no padding for a laptop and I am worried about it holding up over the long term. I am planning to get a different backpack for carrying my laptop and saving this one for hiking.

Do this bag have a section for camelbak bladders?

Dear Steven Lemire, There's two sectioned-off areas in the main chamber of the bag. The one on the backside could probably fit a 50oz bladder.
