Large flatbreads are tasty and light
These are the sort of flatbreads that you get in the Middle East that are served with a giant plate of humus and are made for sharing. They are tasty and light which is surprising given the price which is very good value. I have tried to make these and it is more difficult that it looks and at the end my kitchen was a complete mess. Why bother when you can but these so easily. They go well too with a lamb tagine and are great for grabbing chunky pieces of the lamb. couscous and vegetables and then using to mop up the spicy sauce afterwards. I will definitely be buying these again.

Very dry, though big and flavourful
Larger white version reviewed.The flatbreads are a good size, not to expensive and despite the very simple ingredients have a very well developed flavour.However, although the texture is pretty close to being right, they're very dry and it's hard to understand why this should be. Much drier than most wraps.If somehow you could get moisture back in them, these would be really excellent, but until that happens it's really hard to give above a 3.

Lovely stuff
Cracking flatbread! Best ive had from a supermarket, more like the bread from the smaller independent ethnic shops but with having to schlep around to find. Probably due to the fact its nice and fresh the shelf life isn't more than a couple of days.
