In the Breeze Double Wheel Rainbow Flower with Leaves - Ground Stake Included - Colorful Wind Spinner for Your Yard and Garden,2829

This wind spinner fell over and came apart during a strong wind event. Fortunately, I was able to salvage the parts and plan to put it back together this upcoming spring/summer, but it's definitely not designed to withstand much wind. Interestingly, it was a replacement for another brand that I had for around 3-4 years and was located in the exact same spot. The ONLY reason I took down the old one was because it was starting to come apart from age. Unfortunately, I couldn't find another one by the same company.

The media could not be loaded.  I have enjoyed these spinners so much! We wanted something like this for our lawn and bought a few spinners from other places, but they were tiny and fell apart easily. I found these here on Amazon and they had great reviews.They're not inexpensive, but they're definitely worth what I spent. I ordered two. They were a lot larger than I expected them to be, so that was a bonus. I put them in my yard where I could see them from my kitchen window and I have enjoyed looking at them every day.We live in a place with hot sun where we frequently get hail storms with golf-ball sized hail. These have been beaten by the sun and the color has not faded. They've been beaten by hail and rain and they still look brand new. They are easy to assemble and rotate without problems. I am so happy about this purchase.-------------------------------Update 1I've had these nearly a year and the colors are still bright. They're still working well.I've uploaded a video of them while it's snowing. I've left them out all year around and they've endured all kinds of weather.-------------------------------Update 2It's been over a year since I've had these. And, I just looked at the date of my first review and that was a year ago today. Strange. I didn't intend that. Anyway, my spinners are still working and I've kept them up all year. Twice, we've had very strong wind and one stayed intact, the other had the main pin cap come off and so the spinners fell off, but I was able to find all the pieces right there on the ground in front of the large stem and reassemble it without problems. The colors have faded slightly, so I just disassembled both of my spinners and turned the circle of blades facing the other direction. The ones that were not facing south all year are still the original color and that's what I see now. I'm very happy with these and when they finally cease to work, I will buy more again.-------------------------------Update 3Now, we've had these two years and the colors have faded a little bit. Our spinners face south and so last summer, I disassembled them and turned the petals facing the opposite direction so that the formerly north-facing petals were now facing my south and the colors were bright again. A year later, they've faded a bit so they're somewhat pastel colored. But they still spin all the time, nothing has torn or broken, and I'm still very pleased to have these.

Love these colorful wind decorations. Hoping this will last as long the old one did. One thing though, i had paid less than a third of the price I paid this time around. It was the exact same. It hurt but I had to replace the old one : )

I used this next to a memorial I created for my beloved 1 year kitten that I tragically lost. He was my sunshine and my rainbow, and I wanted something to to remind me everyday of his beautiful personality now that he was no longer by my side. Everything about this spinning flower was perfect for me. The bright beautiful colors and the way it spins in the wind, as it reminds me of all the fun and magic my little guy was. It’s also been fun to see how friends and family are drawn to it and seeing smiles on their faces shows it was a great decision to purchase this flower, both for me and for my loved ones :)

My husband and I bought this same whirly many years ago and it has lasted through the winds on the ocean. We purchased 2 of these whirlys because we love them. Great quality and so cute in our garden.

This flower is huge and looked so nice out in the yard. In the winter when everything was brown, it was a bright spot of color on our back hill. I loved watching it when it caught a breeze and started spinning. It's very colorful, but the colors started to fade after about a year in the hot sun, and then the petals started to get tiny rips and tears from the wind and surrounding plants. Then I noticed my flower started getting really ratty looking, but I left it alone because it would still spin when the wind blew,...and I liked it.The wind started blowing really hard yesterday, and this morning after grabbing my coffee I looked out into the back yard and saw my flower laying on the lawn in pieces, just 1 month shy of 3 years old. There was only 1 good petal left. :( I already miss seeing it out in the backyard, so I will probably replace it with another one.*Update 4/12/15 My husband patched my flower back together and it is back to spinning around in my garden when a breeze hits it. It doesn't look as pretty as it once did, but I still like it,... it makes me smile . :)

I have purchased these before and they were out so I ordered six more at a much higher price, but the stick that goes to the ground to the Twirler breaks in the wind, Which did not happen on my first order. Happy with product books but unhappy about stability.

We enjoy watching the flower spin in the breeze. It is well constructed and would recommend it, but remember to bring it in if you are under high winds alert.
