It was a birthday present for my mom. She’s always wanted one. Works perfectly! Looked beautiful! She LOVES it!

I had great hopes for this clock. It was replacing a cokoo clock that had been part of our family for over 40 years but was broken beyond repair.When the clock was delivered I followed the instructions but when I attached the weight for the music box it fell directly to the floor.From experience I know that this is no quick fix so I started a return but was surprised to find that I needed to wait up to 30 days for a refund. Okay I can wait but when I tried to purchase the same clock the price had suddenly jumped over 10% from $633 to $700! I know we’re fighting inflation but I made the original purchase just 2 days ago!!!

i received the clock and nothing was broken it was perfectly packaged and it is what i thought it was..i have 6 other cuckoo clocks so it was not a problem setting it up. the wire that holds the chains in place was the hardest part of setting up the clock because it was kind of hard getting it off but i succeeded without damaging the clock...it's hung and so far running nicely with the correct timing thus far

After less than a year the clock stopped working correctly. It gets stuck 5 minutes before the hour every hour.

Parts were broken

This was a Christmas present for my wife. This is everything we would have expected from a German timepiece. No plastic, all handcrafted wood. The figures/scenery appear to be hand carved and painted, and smells of fresh varnish as you open the box.The delivery time was phenomenal. Ordered on the 14th but delivered on the 17th. Originally projected delivery date was the 21st - 24th ( so she got it early ).

Accuracy is good as the volume control. Craftsmanship is extraordinary

Love it!!! One little dancer had his head broken, but I was able to glue it back on. Keeps perfect time and is a joy to watch!
