I purchased another back pillow from this company some years ago. It has held up very well. The firmness and quality of the back pillow prompted me to purchase this seat cushion from the same company. It arrived today and is just as nice as my previous pillow. It is thick and firm and provides sufficient support for back comfort. It helps to ease the pain from a recent fall. Would recommend this company for quality cushions.

Totally worth it. My tail bone would ache on my 1 hour commute in the car to/from work, and this takes all the pressure off and is comfortable to drive with. Note- I am 5’3 and it works for me but i have to lower my seat all the way down to its lowest setting. If I was any bit taller I think I would be sitting up too high for this to work for the car, so if you’re taller I think it would be better for a chair, not in a car.

I purchased this hoping it would help with fibromyalgia and sciatica discomfort. At first, it felt very comfortable and supportive, and I really liked the appearance and shape. Unfortunately, after about an hour, I noticed increased discomfort. The length and contour didn’t fit my body well, which created pressure rather than relief. Everyone’s needs are different, but it wasn’t the right fit for me, so I’ll be returning it.

I am loving this seat cushion! I use it in my car because I was looking for something that would help me to see over my huge side view mirrors. This adds just enough height that I feel like I have a much better view of things while driving. Plus, I have back issues and it really seems to help me to be more comfortable while seated in my car. I'm thinking of getting another one to use in the house. I would highly recommend this product. Also,It doesn't slide around like I thought it might.

I prefer my Aylio cushion. I use the ComfiLife primarily for travel because, even at 134 lbs, it does flatten out.It's fine for short periods of time, but for longer sittings I'd go with a different cushion. The Aylio is better for my desk job. I am noticing a little flattening after 2 months, but I believe that is the memory foam memorizing . . . . Perhaps the ComfiLife simply remembers faster than the Aylio because the Comfilife flattens sooner? They're different materials all around. The ComfiLife is a softer exterior and a squishier interior. I appreciate the handle because I can easily move it from the car to the truck to the doctor's office, or wherever else I might be expecting to sit for more than 15 minutes. My hands are usually full so it's helpful to be able to hold the cushion with one finger. 20190714 Update: Do yourself a favor - ScotchGuard it! I did and I'm thankful because this is the one I use in my car and something got on the exterior. I took the cover off and the cushion was untouched. The stuff came right off with a little Shout pretreatment and hardly any scrubbing. I still tossed it in the wash (zipper closed) and then ScotchGuarded it again. Next time I'll try wiping with a damp cloth before I go through the whole rigmarole of removing the cover. I've had this cushion for 22 months now and it's still going strong. I've only had to wash the cover twice and it still looks new. The cushion shows some staining from sweat and the cover rubbing, but otherwise is in excellent condition. I've been 12 months without an arthritic flare up now and I give partial credit to my two cushions, my standing desk, and exercise. Well, a Lot of credit to exercise, but when I don't use my cushions there's a Definite difference in how my joints feel. I can feel it creep into my spine and then radiate to the rest of my back, neck, and shoulders. I even took the Comfilife with me to Costa Rica in March of 2018 because it offers so much relief, and it's the one with the handle.

Using for piriformis syndrome (pain in muscle located below glute.) Have not used for long drive but so far the cushion seems that it will help relieve pain.
