I ordered 3, and 2 of the boxes were covered in what looked like storage dirt/grit and had to return them. I thought the third one was ok, then realized that the box was torn and looked like someone had peeled the paper off as they unwrapped it. Not pretty when giving as a gift.

This is my third adora baby.. while I was anxiously awaiting my daughter to receive it- this gift didn’t live up to my expectations. First, the eyes are not weighted right, (or something) when the doll moves to a flat position it looks like she is winking bc the eyes don’t close at the same time and the right eye doesn’t close all the way each time. Secondly- one of the main reasons I buy these dolls is bc I like their scent. However this doll STINKS. Even my one year old daughter made a face when she smelled it. It stinks like bad baby powder and strong chemical/plastic. So upsetting!! I could live with the other issues but the scent is BAD!Lastly- this baby doesn’t have the beans/softness/lifelike feel that the others I have purchased in the past do.Not exactly happy with this one. Will hopefully be able to return.

Our baby arrived on time and smells just like baby powder. I thought the laughing box inside was broken but it turns out all you need to do is pull out the tab of the box.My day loves this baby! The baby carrier does not work well for us but again my almost 3 yr old loves this baby.

My daughter got the boy for her birthday and my toddler son has basically stolen it (he wanted a baby like mommy has 😂) so she's getting this one for Christmas if it's anything like the boy it's a huge hit for 2yr olds and 4yr olds!!

Daughter opened it for Christmas, the battery acid had leaked out and didn’t work. Can’t return it cause it was “from Santa” I don’t want to take it away from her. Contacted Amazon and they want me to return the item and buy another, but now the price has gone up by x 3???why???. So we are stuck with this one, that doesn’t work :(
