Window Seal Plates Kit for Air Conditioners, Adjustable Length Window Vent Kit for Sliding Windows, Suitable for 5.9 Inch Exhaust Hose

These are basically required if you have a portable AC and vernicle sliding windows. My GE AC chose a window bracket that fits in the middle of the window opening, making it nearly impossible to use in a vertical window. I move the AC between 2 rooms and it is super easy to remove this bracket and install it in the next room. My one gripe is the plastic ring that connects the hose to the bracket doesn't fit super well and will occasionally partially become unseated when moving the hose, but it is easily enough snapped back in. I would have liked a more permanent way to install the ring, such as a screw mount option.

This was pretty easy to install it took about five minutes tops and then I added my own tape to make sure bugs don’t get inside the house in between the small gaps that everybody will have once they install this product into the window we’re talking very small holes but I think most people will either stuff paper or something that blocks access from the insects and make sure that none of the hot air from the outside cats inside etc.This is a three-piece slider kit instead of the original kit which is only a two piece with longer pieces. Once you see the design you’ll understand why it’s better and easier to install than the original and the circle mount fits perfectly over the tubing from the air conditioner exhaust and eclipse in easily into the sash piece that has the circle cut out for it.

This was the correct part I needed for my portable AC unit to work! I only needed 2 of the 3 pieces for this height of a window. The smaller piece that fits inside the wider one is just barely too thin for the gap, maybe by 1/4 inch on each side. I filled the gaps with duct tape and it worked beautifully. Very easy installation and take-down. I would buy this product again if needed!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for our dryer because in winter time apartment would get really cold but with this stay warmer for longer because keeps window close

This was perfect replacement for my 2016 midea ac portable unit original part that attached to the window kit ( not to ac unit) and new window kit I installed it my self I ussually have to ask my husband to do but I was able to myself and was perfect fit

I have a 44" window and the standard window plate that comes with portable AC units only extends to 36". This product extends to 48" and was easy to install and works perfectly. I would recommend this product.

I order it for a portable dryer I have, so I can vent it outside. It fit the window perfectly but the only problem for me was the hole to connect the vent to was a lil to big but I made it do. So it wasn’t a problem.

I bought this because it said that it would fit 16-plus-inch windows. Not true. If you take into consideration the size of the hole for the hose, and the other 16-inch panels that go with it, it does not fit. In addition to that, I couldn't get it to fit the hole in the air conditioner.I could have made it all work with duct tape, Styrofoam, and/or cardboard, but I'm no longer able to do those things. Now I'll be stuck paying $150+ for the "real" kit for an air conditioner that cost me $229. Looks like I'll be sweating it out. . . .
