Custom Catch Large Ultra Plush Personalized Teddy Bear Blanket (Brown) with Satin Trim

It's so frustrating when you make a purchase with confidence after reading good reviews and then receive a dud. I ordered 2 of these blankets for 2 different families. When I opened the 1st blanket, I thought they forgot the embroidering. If you look hard, it's there. I'm too embarrassed to give such a low quality gift and will be returning both. I need a gift now and will have to figure out something else - not the stress I need right now.

Pros: VERY soft, satin edges, teddy bear head and little arms, neat and tidy lettering that never unravels, and large enough to serve as a partial blanket.Cons: If you prefer a washcloth-sized lovey for your baby, you will whine, but please don't. If it is the size of a washcloth, IT WILL BE LOST or frequently be misplaced.

I have to admit I was very nervous ordering this for my sister’s baby after reading all the negative reviews but I placed the order after noticing most of the issues were on the lighter pink or blue blankets So I opted for the brown as it seemed the letters would stand out more in the beige/brownish blanket and we could not havebeen more pleased. We had it shipped to us first instead of the gift recipient and I do agree with some of the reviews that the place that is burned out for the letters and design is a bit scratchy but I think (and hope) that after being washed it will soften out in those areas. The eyes are sewn in and made of thread and not plastic which was a huge relief for us and won’t be an issue for teething babies. I do recommend this custom baby blanket and for only a few dollars more you can add the heart or moon and star design and I think that was well worth the small added fee as it makes the initials stand out more. Love love love so far and mailing it out today to our intended recipient. Super fast shipping for a custom made piece and their customer service was very understanding and sympathetic about how important this sentimental gift would be to our lil nephew.

I was so excited for this. My son is a year old and I ordered this to be “the blanky” that my son would have forever.So, when I opened the package, I was super impressed. The bear is adorable and soft and the blanket is the perfect size. The engraving was nicely done. My son loved it and cuddled it immediately, it was so cute. Well it’s been 4 days and the bear is literally losing his head. I was really disappointed but I love the blanket and so does my son, therefore I resew the head back on and double stitched the other areas of the head that seemed to be pretty loosely stitched. Now this bear blanket should be able to survive my sons childhood and a nuclear apocalypse.3 stars because it’s cute, soft and personalized at a reasonable price. I just wish it had been more durable.

This baby/christening blanky is the BEST!! I've ordered this blanket for my Godson who will be Christened in July. Not only that I have received the blanket a week earlier than estimated, but the quality is a 5-star. It's super soft and the attention to detail is remarkable.
