Well the other day I was cleaning the tank and forgot to turn the bubbler back on......my little betta Ki was sulking on the bottom of the tank, I thought she had gotten ill with the water change.....I added some salt, no luck....still just hanging like a bored teenager and giving me dirty fish looks.....finally I saw that the bubbler was not on and when I turned it on she became a dolphin at Sea World, jumping all over the place, flying into the bubbles and letting them carry her to the surface....back to my usual happy fish. She is so much fun to watch....and the bubbler also adds oxygen to her water....it is a double win....a betta toy and healther fish.

I've purchased several air pumps in the past year, mostly for hydroponics. They ALL claim to be "ultra quiet," and they ALL LIE. The instant you see the words "ultra quiet," suspect a scam. Even more so if the price is under $10. Those units are all the same: simple electromagnets that move a bellows. They all make 50/60HZ hum, and they all vibrate. All claims to the contrary are lies.This pump is the only one I can tolerate in my bedroom. It really is very, very quiet. On a really still night I can just barely hear a hum, but most of the time I can't hear it at all. This is a more expensive than the others, but it's worth it. The ONLY "ultra quiet" pump. (excluding the other piezoelectric pumps; I assume they're mostly duplicates)

Great little airpump and tubing! I switched out the small airstone for a bigger one, doesn't affect function at all. Bubbles look beautiful and are gentler the further you bury the stone in your tank rock. Gives my live tank and great look, good water movement, my betta and plants love it! Pump is SO QUIET, it's perfect. Love the tiny size and power. Tubing can be cut because it is long (great for large aquariums. I have a 2 gallon- so quite small).

The media could not be loaded.  Just put it together so far so good. As you can see we have 3 Gill babies and they where gasping for air after I changed their water. Did some research and figured I'll give this a chance. My tank is only 2.5 so I didn't want anything to big or loud. Took my husband about 10 minutes to put together. So much more Oxygen for these little guys. Next step bigger tank🐠🐟😁

This is a small and mighty pump, which is exactly what you want and should expect, and it sticks unobtrusively to the outside of the tank. But what sets this apart from the pack is the sound: there is very little. I’ve had other pumps that were too loud, no matter how I set them up but this one? So very quiet!

This little air bubbler is great for our 5 gal. Tank out fish love it, we have a Siamese fighter a lone fish and he loves it to tickle his body. It s fun to watch the bubbles are abundant and nice. No noise

If you are looking for a small convenient air stone/pump setup. This specific product is the key sell. It is quiet, bubbles being discharged out the air stone are small. My previous air pump was too powerful causing large bubbles, making it difficult for my betta to swim around the tank. Definitely worth purchasing if you have a small fish tank, roughly around 1-8 gallons. Set up is very easy and straight forward.

I have a small 3 gallon fish tank and this was perfect for it! It doesn’t create too many bubbles like the others I’ve tried. Just enough to add more surface movement to the tank.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to install, instructions that come with the pump a very vague but it’s easy to put together with some common sense. When first installed I tried using the check valve because the most ideal placement for the pump was below the water line….BUT the valve that comes with it prohibits air flow, I even tried switching it around the wrong way just to check and it still didn’t work. So I just connected the pump directly to the main tube line and positioned it above the water line on the back of the tank…over all check valve issue aside it’s a decent bubble pump and makes minimal noise.

My Betta Fred finds the air flow fine and not at all bothersome so it works very well for Bettas who do not like strong currents. The only thing I noticed is that the suction cup on the power source loses its grip over time and won't stick to the back of the fish tank. This is not really a problem as it works fine lying flat behind the tank.

One concern that some people have is that their pump does not pump. Found that of the two I purchased one of them was like this. Found that it was actually the one way valve that was sealed closed ( so in essence a no way valve) one quick blow by mouth opened it up and it works perfectly now.

This is a great little air pump. Super quiet. I'm using it in a 10 gallon tank and I think it's the perfect size.

It is not as quiet as advertised. Pretty noisy with vibration.if you don't care noise, you can go for this.
