Tuff Bear American Wisconsin Ginseng Extract, 2FL oz

I have high anxiety, PTSD and depression. Last month I just got tired of taking medications. They make me either too sleepy or numb. Most importantly any medication is hard on my body. I wanted a natural alternative.The first time I tried this product (I was in the gym locker room I have to coach myself to be around people even to work out) I used a half a dropper. Within 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) my anxiety . .the only way to really explain it is that I wasn't afraid of people and I wanted to workout, get tasks done. I wasn't jittery, just very awake and happier. I have not had any crashes. I did try a full dropper and got a slight headache shortly after so I stick to a half a dropper. I've been using this product for about a month and I take a half a dropper 2x a day. Always same great results. Oh, it does make me very thirsty I will drink almost a gallon of distilled water a day. My appetite has decreased. I don't know if this product is the reason for my chronic pleurisy being under control lately, but I will state that the last month of taking this product my pain has been more manageable and I'm taking less pain medications. 😀

I believe this supplement makes a real difference in well-being for me in improving my sense of well-being. It's difficult to describe the feeling. It's not immediate, and not euphoric per se, but just a pleasant feeling. I actually don't mind the taste of this at all. I just add several drops to whatever I'm drinking--tea, coffee, wine--and it imparts a very mild, earthy flavor.

I thought I was ordering Siberian Ginseng, not American and also the largest size. The taste is not the same

Great product and has a good taste not bitter like some others I have tried.

This Ginseng gives me energy, but doesn't keep me up at night. Just the little tiny edge this old body needs. I can tell when I've had it. Happy little pick me up. Maybe it would be hardly noticeable to some, but to me, it makes a difference.

This bottle is different from previous bottles. There is no color and barely any taste. Sent inquiry to manufacture to see if this was suppose to be this way or if it was an anomaly. No answer. Don't know if it is working or more or less a placebo.
