No problems with this phone although I just use it for the internet and music and I don't have phone service on itI'm taking it to India next month I hope it will work as a phone there....

Ok this buy wasn't a bad buy to start the 5s they sent me works reasonably and can be used as a phone ....the only reason this is a "negative" review is because the functionality of the touch screen has some bugs that may annoy you like being slowUpdate: the phone actually functions better now that i've used it for few days. Im happy with the purchase thanks MobileKarma

screen is separateing from the body of the phone

I bought one of these for my wife, she loves it, it arrived in perfect condition and on time and to this day continues to work great.

Phone works perfect came in great shape but that charger was broken I tested it on my bother 5s so I gotta give 4 star because I spend extra money charge.

What a waste of money. The quality was good but the ad was a lie. The ad stated it is available for international use. I was counting on that for a flight coming up really soon. I even paid extra for expedited shipping just to be ripped off. This phone is locked to Verizon's network. It is useless for me. I tested it with my T-Mobile SIM card since it should at least be GSM unlocked if it previously was from Verizon, like the sticker on it says. In that case T-Mobile should work. After a while finally T-Mobile appeared as the carrier at the top but I could not make a single call out. I checked the settings and everything pointed to a locked phone.

its ok just cant receive any of your icloud information so be very carful with ordering updated iphones off line LOCKED or UNLOCKED.

This was my first iPhone and I love it!! Wouldn't go back to android now! Such a great phone, I recommend to anyone. Takes some getting used to, but is sleek, aesthetically pleasing and I got it for such a great price!!

Pretty Good Value...although the battery life iOS not great, I seem to have to charge it every 24 hours even when I am not using it. I had a terrible time setting it to my password and in the end had to go into the APPLE shop and have them sort it out for me. I don't use the phone a huge amount, basically for keeping in contact with my children and so it does the job.I have mislaid my original phone and this is a slight upgrade, but it did not want to load stuff from the iCloud...and 2 engineers were baffled as to why and I did have to make an appointment with Apple and they wiped the phone and managed to re-install all my stuff from iCloud.I do have a bit of trouble sending texts and IM's, which is a pain...it just doesn't want to send them and fairly often it just comes back with an "undelivered " notice...and I have good internet so it can"t be that...I sometimes have to try sending them 6 or 7 times...and eventually it works, although not before I have gone all over the house trying to send it.

It has all of its qualities a normal iPhone would have which is great however, the keyboard keeps bugging out all the time and requires you to lock the phone and reopen it constantly multiple times in order to type, also swiping can bug out to I am not quite sure as to why though as I have IOS up to date
