Math facts thrown in but not boring or out of place with the storyline
Read this with my Nephew (8yrs old) really found the story interesting and educational. Math facts thrown in but not boring or out of place with the storyline. It was explained in a way that made its you could follow along. Being the third in the series you feels like you know the characters like old friends. The book can be read alone but it's more fun if you start at the beginning. Happy reading!

I like the fact it makes math a fun challenge
I bought this for my 10 year son, who is a voracious reader and loves mysteries, and he just loves the series (he has all 4 books). I like the fact it makes math a fun challenge, not a chore, and still managed to entertain my bright child. Per my son's request, "keep writing more in the series."
