Simple and easy to use especially with a program like Sharpcap.As noted in their description, despite the name this CANNOT be used with the Hyperstar attached to the telescope. While it will technically fit on the telescope if you put it on BEFORE mounting the Hyperstar, you would need to take the Hyperstar OFF the telescope in order to remove the focus mask, losing whatever focus you had achieved.Docking Stars as they have promised for a long time that a version compatible with a Hyperstar staying attached to the telescope is "coming", but never delivered on this promise.

Just place this on your 11" scope and adjust your focus to a bright star like the pictures on the directions and you're ready to go!! Excellent product!!!

I chose this rating, because the product does exactly what it is supposed to do, help you acquire a focused image for astrophotography. I am using a Sony nex 7 connected to a 5'' Sony monitor to increase the size of the live view image, regardless, the Bahtinov Mask works as advertised.This product does not have any way to clamp it to the front of the scope, but that was nothing a little Velcro didn't solve, even with this said it is not enough for me to detract from my rating, I am very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this product to anyone wanting to acquire sharper images.

Worked perfectly on my 11" Celestron Edge Scope.

No complain. Just think if the manufacturer can add a pair of finger handle at the outside face of the mask so that it can be easily put on and taken off from the telescope.

With just a very light amount of sanding of the inside opening of the mask it now fits the collar on my RASA 11 perfectly. Can’t wait to get out an use it to focus.
