Kling
This is a soft, cushion-y gauze (not scratchy, thin, and cheesecloth-like as other rolled gauzes) that provides excellent support and extra padding to any type of dressing. I have had my foot reconstructed several times (born with Spina Bifida and limited nerve function in my foot) and I actually use this as a precautionary measure against any sort of blisters or pressure points- I wrap my foot in it after I shower, and then put my sock on over it. It provides extra padding and prevents anything from irritating my skin. It's a great way to get a little extra protection for any delicate areas of the skin and it does not slip or bunch. It's the best rolled gauze product on the market. However, unlike the earlier versions of Kling versions, it is *not* tearable.

Great as a wrap
I got a nasty gash on my leg and was looking for something to hold the non-stick pad in place. The rolled dressing works great as a wrap if applied correctly. I don't like tape or rather it doesn't like me (it sticks too well.) Once I placed the non-stick pad, I wrapped it loosely with the gauze, which allows the pad to breath. I then wrap the gauze with some Self-Adhesive Elastic Wrap Bandage Tape. The Band Aid brand is thicker and softer than the generic brands. The gauze sort of sticks to itself but to stay in place you need to tape the end or use a wrap tape.

Rolled gauze.
Nice to have on hand. The boxes tend to get smushed during shipping, but the wrappers on the gauze rolls usually remain intact.

Super soft and substantial
This gauze is super soft but very substantial. I am using it to cover the long scar on my knee from TKR surgery as the exposed scar at night is irritated by sheets or jammies. It seems a good value (I did not check other prices; it's cheap enough).

The best gauze I've used
ive used a lot of gauze and this stuff is very thick, pliable, and comfortable agaisnt the skin, I just wish you got more in a box. I have been treating a very large road rash wound on my leg and this stuff has been much better than the cheap gauze i was using before, I strongly recommend it if your budget can afford it.

Good for holding bandages in place!
Great product. I managed to get Shingles and used these wraps to hold bandages over the rash to 1. absorb wound fluid and 2. prevent anyone I came in contact with from accidentally picking up chickenpox from touching it. I used one full wrap each day wound around my lower torso about two and a half times around and it held reasonably well. By the end of the day I would notice it started to pull in a bit from the edges but still held the bandages in place.
