Really works
This styling tool was purchased to try to duplicate one I saw on FB that was $54! I bought the package of two and gave one to my sister. I use it to lift the roots on top of my curly girl hair style. I just slide it next to my scalp and lift it a little and aim my diffuser at the roots and hold for a few seconds and finish with a blast of cold. It works to give me lift on my medium length fine, wavy style. I should mention that I have already applied some medium hold gel and leave-in conditioner, which adds to its effectiveness. I haven't tried curling my hair around it to style it as I try to use as little mechanical stress as possible. I can't imagine that the expensive version I saw on FB could do anything that this little guy does not do!

Good value for the money
It has been easy to use, but I am not getting the results from it that I would have liked. I'm sure it is probably something I'm doing, but even with a diffuser, my hair ends up frizzy when I use it. I will try different things to see if I get better results. It does add lift to the scalp area!

At first I didn’t understand how to use this tool then I saw a video on a tool similar to this one and it helps to create volume. You don’t need to roll your hair on the rod. Just go through the hair by the root and use the blow dryer to create volume. With out disturbing your curls. Love this tool!💜💜💜👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Cheap
It's a 2-pack. One was fine on delivery, but the other one had 3 prongs broken off. Not surprising since it's very flimsy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were to break off while using it.I'm returning and going to buy the original. Maybe 4x the price, but sturdier.

Just ok
Not exactly sure how to use this product. I feel like I can do a better job with my fingers. Would’ve helped if there were some sort of instructions.
