I need a smaller pan for breakfast, finally I selected the lodge. I am still quiet happy about the quality even I feel regret that I should buy a bigger one. Nevertheless after carefully performing seasoning, i use it every day. You don't need wait long time to heat up and cook quickly. it can be easily cleaned with warm water and keep it dry with a little oil. It will become non sticky after a while. A little expensive but worthy to have.

Perfect skillet for baking cookie skillets! My kids enjoy making ( and eating ๐) them, and itโs super easy to prep with oil and clean. Durable, practical, and a great little addition to our kitchen! To prevent rust, we always make sure itโs completely dry before storing, no rust so far!
