Value for this radio is great. I love that it's rechargeable as well. No need to constantly buy batteries. The overall quality is good and the transmitter is light even with the battery installed. The receiver is tiny which makes it practical to put into different spots on the cars chassis. The steering/throttle and receiver work well with my old MRC servo and ESC already in the car. I had to modify the connectors on the servo and ESC as they used 3 male pin type not the JR/Futaba female type that's common now. This radio is a retrofit for my old RC car that was using an old two stick MRC radio. That receiver is huge compared to this one about 4 times as big. I still prefer 2 stick radios for an RC car than pistol type. But they are harder to find nowadays. So this new radio was a great option to get into the new pistol type controller for my old RC ride. The range on the radio is decent. I was able to control the car about half a block away here in the city blocks of Los Angeles. The only time I started having dropouts was when going up the block and under the power lines. This is understandable because of the RF interference caused by the power lines. Overall it's a great radio at a great price to get started with.

They are cheap, they work great, can't ask for more as a simple hobbiest. i have 2 of these, I would buy more if I needed to for any reason.

Was synced out of the box, good directions, great feeling remote, quality product.

No complaints, love it so far

This is a great set that I was recommended from this manufacturer and I can honestly say it's a great set.It does have a rechargeable battery that will come to you probably have charged.They do supply a USB cable to charge it but if you already have a USB cable you won't need it.Binding the two of them together is a matter of three steps You're off to the races.

Got this to put in a wpl c24 crawler, and was very impressed with it. It's great it comes with a rechargable battery that can be charged via micro usb port. The 800 mah battery last for a good while so worries in it dying mid drive. Bounus for having an extra grip to make the handle thicker for bigger hands. Another thing to mention is the size of the reciever. It's very small and thin. Perfect for these 1/16 scale crawlers. But my favorite thing on this remote is the steering travel and throttle travel. I have another remote, different brand, and this one has alot more travel, which when using a crawler, goes a long way.

Works very well, good quality feel, good value to cost

Upon arrival the lipo battery was stolen and did not work, ordered new battery remote worked for about 20 minutes before the channel 1 for steering completely quit working. Thought was receiver replaced that to find out it was actually the remote that was faulty... quality control was obviously skipped on this controller.
