Good for replacing PC motherboard antennae, get adapter
I got these to replace the little antennae that came with my motherboard for Bluetooth and wifi. They have a wire in the middle so they're not plug and play, but a cheap gender changer makes it work. Now I can use Bluetooth Xbox controllers on a tv 2 rooms away from my case without dropping any button presses. Also they're magnetic. Makes my case look like a robot from the 50s.

Did not increase or decrease reception but allowed to position the modem itself inside a metal cabinet clear of the elements while leaving the antenna outside.

Wire from antenna came out right out of the package
It came apart before I could try to use it. Will avoid using this vendor again.
