This massage chair is excellent in terms of its use. Very easy to use aswell with clear instructions. The neck area is adjustable so it does come all the way down to the shoulders if that's the needed area. The quality is also great of the fabric used. It's not too loud which often can be a problem with other brands. If you're looking for a quick relaxing deep tissue massage, this is for you. The intensity may also depend on how thick of a fabric you're wearing. So adjust accordingly.

The first time I tried the massager I was instantly in love with it! Works straight out of the box, plug it in and use the remote to select your massage. The shiatsu function targets all pressure points down my back and it can be set to work on specific areas depending on what you need. Strength of massage is perfect, considering I really like strong massages! Afterwards, I use the rolling function to wind down from the shiatsu. The heat function from the rotating parts is a relaxing extra that soothes sore muscles. The neck massage is height adjustable and if I sit on an extra cushion I can position it on my shoulders for a shoulder massage. For the vibrating seat function, I don't use it too much but you can place tired legs on it if you want. The covers are also removable and washable which is a big plus as my family have been using the massager multiple times a day! This has been the best Christmas gift ever!! Probably need another one just for me :D

It is an amazing product, if someone prefers handy massager for back massage.The nect massager isn't that great since it is not easy to position it and people with different height will require it adjusted accordingly.The vibration chair cushion/ pad is comfortable to sit on.Overall material quality is amazing.It comes with a remote control which is good.Unfortunately for my massager, the shaitsu function has stopped working after 10 months and I'm waiting Snailex to fix it, waiting for an outcome to my query soon.

This is an amazing and effective product. I do not regret purchasing this item. It is cost efficient and very useful after a stressful or busy day. It's very relaxing and I would recommend this to other people.

Never regret on purchasing this massage chair! it is really worth my money. after a long hours of working and sitting from the office, cant wait to always go home and relax with this massage chair. shiatsu works heavenly to me, it knows exactly how to roll and point out my muscle pain. highly recommended to whoever is looking for massage chair. you will never regret!
