Issues with the mic
Not sure if its the product or operator error but the mic doesn't work for me. The sound is good and they are comfortable, just can't make calls.

Missing Parts
Parts were missing from my order. Was very disappointed. The product itself is very durable and the sound is great. Just disappointed that it was missing the adapter and the set of replacement earned. I called and received a refund.

You can't hear very well
The earphone looks great, but the sound quality is very low. I am not sure if it's due to malfunction - I plan to return this product.
