A miracle cure for yeast infections. Also, instead of getting 5-6 colds per year, I now only contract a cold once...at most (not 100% certain that lactoferrin is the sole cause, but it likely is) The highest dosage I've taken without side effects is 2 pills/day (one in the morning, one in the evening). Anything higher caused gas and chest pain. Sidenote: Keep in mind that I'm only describing one man's experience with this supplement. Do consult a naturopath and/or an MD prior to taking lactoferrin or anything else.
