Great fak
I love this fak, it secured tight with the Molle, doesn’t shake around and the Velcro holds very tight still being able to rip it off easily if need be. Plenty of space inside for life saving equipment and the TQ holder on the bottom works like a charm.

Great quality, Great price
Perfect as described, the multicam is actually printed throughout the whole pouch. The color looks great Velcro is strong and it’s very versatile and durable. I love it

Excellent value
Color is perfect, a huge peeve I have with “tactical gear” companies is that they can’t tell worth a crap between Ranger Green and ODG. So imagine my frustration trying to find a bag that was actually the correct color without spending a fortune on an empty bag. This bag has it perfect and matched my other RG gear perfectly. Other than that the construction is of good quality, and is a good size for your additional needs outside of a IFAK, so it works great for something to have on an EDC backpack like myself. The MOLLE works well and doesn’t slip out easily like some other bags. And the quick release with the Velcro and strap works well. Only thing holding this back in my opinion would be an additional flap on the inside to store additional loose items. Overall a great bag for the price.

Recommend!
Super nice pouch. One simple to fix issue - the pull tabs were shrink wrapped which is awesome for all single pull tabs but when using two on the outside of the case you want to be able to interlock the two pulls to lock them from opening. Easy enough to remove and shrink wrap the knot which keeps the two strings from unfurling. Great attention to detail but ... Great quality, excellent cut on the "medic" patch, smooth sliding zippers, slightly cheaper zipper connection to pull string but nice pulls. Would recommend!

Super good IFAK alternative
I got this because my IFAK was super bulky on my kit, this so far is a great alternative. Fits all the IFAK guts and has an integrated TQ holder. Material: super sturdy and has velcro to attach a red cross patch if you have one

A MUST BUY
an absolute beast of a med pouch/IFAK. It is very spacious and will fit a lot of materials needed for combat casualty care scenarios. The functionality is durable and is easy to use. The zippers are well made and do not stick to the fabric. The fabric is well constructed and the velcro is strong. Overall 10/10, especially for the price. I don’t see a need for paying over $100 for a med pouch when you can buy this. It serves the purpose and gets the mission done just as well, if not better.

It's just ok
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is made very well and the tear away is always a plus but not a lot of room inside. Might of been my mistake but I thought there was 2 inside pockets one on each side but there isn't. There is a lot of elastic loops but the layout of them is not so good. Things get in the way of other items you might want to put in the loops so you end up with only using 3 out of the six loops. If you want to have just a boo boo kit that looks good then it's for you but if you want to prepare for things that might be more serious then keep looking.

Great little IFAK pouch for your belt
Worked great for putting together an IFAK for my battle belt. The elastic tourniquet band on the bottom is a big plus, keeps your tourniquet handy and frees up space inside for more gauze, etc.

Daher volle Kaufempfehlung.

Well built piece of kit
Extremely well made, colour is spot on and it can hold all the med supplies you need! My only wish is that it maybe had a handle to be able to tear it off. But really good other than that.

Good but not perfect
I’m still searching for the perfect minimalist budget IFAK pouch, unfortunately this isn’t it. But it’s not bad. My criticism is that it’s a tad too small for my kit and it forces me to fold my chest seals in half. You would think the designer or manufacturer would take the biggest thing and work around that. The biggest thing for me is a chest seal, and none of mine fit into this without folding them. I’d prefer not to fold them, but oh well. What I do like is that the CAT has its own spot at the bottom, held by shock cord, outside of the main compartment. Why is this good? Two reasons: because (1) a CAT takes up a surprising amount of space, so having it outside frees up the interior for an Israeli bandage, hemostatic gauze and other stuff. And (2) because an arterial bleed is time-sensitive and having it on the outside of the bag cuts a couple seconds off the response time. The Velcro tear away is good. The MED patch is okay although I prefer the cross in either red on white or white on red. Otherwise it’s okay. I’m still searching for the perfect one that won’t break the bank.

Know what equipment fits
The elastics inside the pouch are a little small for larger package trauma equipment. It will fit a single OLAES or blast bandage but it will be loose in the middle. Sam chest seals will need to be folded in half. Pouch and mount are good quality.
